Family Concert - Capital City Symphony

Annual Family Concert
"Water, Water, EVERYWHERE!"
Sunday, November 16
2:30pm AND 4:30pm

Join the Capital City Symphony in a family-friendly interactive concert as we make a splash exploring musical depictions of water!

Preceded by the popular Instrument Petting Zoo, 1/2 hour before each performance time.

Our younger audience members will receive their own special program book, full of fun facts, cool quizzes, and more!

GUEST ARTIST: Scott Kenison

Smetana ~ The Moldau
Grofe ~ "Thunder of the Waters" from Niagara Falls Suite
Hovhaness ~ And God Created Great Whales
Mendelssohn ~ The Hebrides
Sullivan ~ "Sighing Softly to the River" from Pirates of Penzance

This energetic, interactive concert is always a big hit -- so much so that it sold out last year!
CCS added a second performance this year, but it's still recommended that you get your tickets in advance.
